主讲人简介

David W Ferguson，外文出版社英文主编、作家，中国政府友谊奖获得者，中华图书特殊贡献奖获得者。中国外文局高级编审、常年从事英文翻译与编辑方面的研究和培训。毕业于英国爱丁堡大学，熟练掌握英语、法语、德语和意大利语。参与了《习近平谈治国理政》一、二、三卷的英文编译工作，在国际传播领域具有较高的知名度和影响力。

内容简介

1. The lecture will cover an update on the situation in terms of China's international communication strategy in light of recent developments.

2. It will look at key issues in terms of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics such as Whole Process People’s Democracy, Chinese Modernization, the Five Development Concepts, and the Four-Sphere Confidence in relation to China’s Communication Strategy.

3. It will look at some new issues in terms of day-to-day translation work.
